Mid-Year Parent Meetings – Jan 2025
The school holds two parent-teacher meetings each academic year in January and July, to discuss your child’s progress. Please click on the appropriate year group for your child below to book a performance meeting in January. Performance reports will be emailed to parents prior to the meetings.

Arabic
Arabic teacher meetings will take place at the end of the year in July. We can accommodate ad-hoc requests to meet with your child’s Arabic teacher, just contact the school office and arrangements can be made accordingly.

Secondary
Secondary school parent meetings will be held online on Saturday 25th January and Saturday 01st February.
Click on the year group for your child below and select a subject to book a meeting slot with your child’s subject teacher. You will receive an email containing the link to the online meeting. Simply click on this link at the time of your slot and wait for the teacher to let you into the meeting. Please note that meetings will be limited to 10 minutes.
Parents will receive a mid-year performance and it is important for all parents to review this report before the meeting.
